Tech Support for Marketing - our collaboration with with W.KRUK

In the fast-paced world of digital marketing, having a robust tech infrastructure is not just an advantage; it's a necessity. We've learned this lesson through our ongoing partnership with W.KRUK.

Established in 1840, W.KRUK is Poland's oldest jewellery brand. It is also one of the largest jewellery retailers in the country, with almost 160 stores nationwide. Beyond jewellery, W.KRUK is a leading luxury watch retailer in Central and Eastern Europe, offering brands like Rolex, Omega, and TAG Heuer. 

Beginning of the Journey   

Our journey with W.KRUK started in 2017 when their Marketing Department sought our expertise to run a branding campaign. This initial engagement required us to tackle various challenges, including creating landing pages and providing continuous technical support.   

The project's success hinged on our ability to deliver visually striking designs within tight deadlines, setting the stage for a long-term partnership.   

A Partnership of Daily Collaboration   

Since that first project, our cooperation with W.KRUK has become a daily routine. Our team has supported the company through various campaigns, from launching new jewellery collections to broader marketing initiatives.   

Our role expanded to encompass back-end and front-end support, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and effectively reaches its target audience.  

Supporting E-commerce and Beyond   

In 2020, we began supporting the ROLEX brand in Poland, exclusively distributed by W.KRUK. This addition to our portfolio underscored our ability to manage and elevate luxury brands digitally. We provided SEO optimization and comprehensive front-end and back-end management of the Rolex subpage, enhancing the brand's online presence and sales.     

The Importance of Tech Support for Marketing   

Our collaboration with W.KRUK's Marketing Department has underscored the critical role of technology in modern marketing strategies. By offering targeted tech solutions, we've helped subtly yet significantly enhance W.KRUK's marketing efforts, increasing online presence and sales.
