Bakotech is an IT solutions distributor specializing in network security and monitoring. Together with Ceesoft, it forms a group working with hundreds of partners across the CEE region.
The organization relies on collaboration with external sales teams that register projects, create quotes, and run joint marketing activities with software vendors.
All partner processes had previously run exclusively through Salesforce - giving the company control over its data, but limiting partner autonomy and putting strain on internal sales teams.
Bakotech needed a solution that would give partners secure, direct access to sales processes - without opening up the CRM itself. The goal was to build a Partner Portal enabling partners to:
register projects and leads independently
generate quotes and orders
access invoices, marketing materials, and technical support
track their status in partner programs
