Meet our Client

Bakotech is an IT solutions distributor in the area of security and network monitoring. Together with Ceesoft, it forms a group collaborating with hundreds of partners in the CEE region.

The organization's business model is based on collaboration with external sales teams, which register projects, prepare offers, and implement joint marketing activities with software manufacturers.

Until now, all partner processes were carried out exclusively in the Salesforce system, which ensured full control over data, but limited partner autonomy and significantly burdened internal sales teams.

Bakotech needed a solution that would provide partners with secure and direct access to key sales processes, without the need to grant them access to the CRM itself. The project goal was to create a Partner Portal that would enable Partners to:

independently register projects and leads

generate quotes and orders

access invoices, marketing materials, and technical support

track status in partner programs
